Who We Are

We are an ecumenical group of Christians from Liverpool who wish to deepen our faith through pilgrimage to the Holy Land and through fellowship with the Christian Communities there.

Pilgrimage:

We plan to make a pilgrimage from Liverpool to the Holy Land and we want you to join us.

We're reaching out to churches and communities across the city to raise awareness and solicit interest.

We will assist any individual or group who wish to visit the region independently by sharing our experience, contacts and resources.

Fellowship:

We wish to connect people in the Holy Land with their counterparts in the UK. Through planned events we can provide a platform for people from the Holy Land to share their testimony and experience with communities in the UK.

We have no commercial motivation or connection to specific tour companies.

We are happy to share the limited knowledge and contacts we have with anyone to make a pilgrimage affordable.

We have no political affiliation.

We reject all bigotry, antisemitism and islamophobia.

We feel that a strong Christian presence in the Holy Land benefits everyone who lives there regardless of religion or ethnicity.

We believe the presence of pilgrims promotes greater understanding, strengthens the economy and is essential for a just and lasting peace.

Whether you want to join a pilgrimage, wish to support the Christian communities or simply stand in solidarity with all who long for justice and peace.

Christ has no body but yours,
No hands, no feet on earth but yours,
Yours are the eyes with which he looks
Compassion on this world,
Yours are the feet with which he walks to do good,
Yours are the hands, with which he blesses all the world.
Yours are the hands, yours are the feet,
Yours are the eyes, you are his body.
Christ has no body now but yours,
No hands, no feet on earth but yours,
Yours are the eyes with which he looks
compassion on this world.
Christ has no body now on earth but yours.

Teresa of Avila (1515–1582)
